My wife and I knew that with recent storm damage, it was time to replace our original 25 yr old roof. We had talked to many roofers roaming our neighborhood and Whitted employees were the first that actually took the time to explain the whole claims process and the use of a public adjuster. That extra 5 min's is what pushed us over the edge to working with Whitted. The process was smooth without a hiccup with communication being absolutely timely. As a firefighter, honesty in communication is a must for me and Whitted met that in spades. The actual roof replacement took 2 days including all set up and clean up. To say the least, I would recommend them to anyone.

Good guys working here, very responsive. Would recommend if you're in need of a roof. We had issues with water coming in the house during the roof installation when a flash rain storm hit. The response from Whitted was fast and they took care of the damages. Luckily it wasn't too bad. That's the reason for the 4 star review. Would be 1 star were it not for Jeff and Dan handling the issue quickly and on their dime. Mistakes happen but it's how they rectify that keeps my business.

I’m very skeptical when someone comes to the door selling a product. As an evangelist I feel compelled to to find out a persons relationship to God. After a few minutes it was evident all three gentleman, Tyler, Nick, Robert, had received Jesus as their Savior. For me in this day of scams and dishonesty this was very comforting to know. After talking to the owner Mr Whitted I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof or construction done.
